What We Do
As your wedding coordinator, we assist couples in executing their wedding day, ensuring that what they plan and prepare becomes a reality. We help prepare the overall wedding day logistics, making sure the day flows smoothly from setup to the end of the party. On your wedding day, we oversee and manage these logistics, troubleshoot issues, and allow the couples and their guests to enjoy the celebration without worry. Our ultimate goal is to turn your vision into reality while minimizing stress and maximizing enjoyment.
How We Do It
Imagine this: You have an initial consultation with us, and we’re a good fit, so you booked us and you begin or continue your wedding planning. Here’s what we do next:
- We provide a wedding planning tool designed to assist couples throughout their journey. This includes a to-do checklist, budgeting guides, and seating chart organization, among other resources.
- At least a month before your wedding, we review your vendors' contracts to ensure we fully understand the services being provided, down to the smallest detail, guaranteeing you receive what you hired them for.
- We conduct a detailed meeting to discuss logistics and create your wedding day timeline. If you’ve already started one, we’ll refine it, ensuring perfect timing for all formalities and minute details.
- We connect with your vendors, informing them that we will be their main point of contact, and we distribute the timeline to ensure everyone is aligned on the day’s plan.
- We schedule a venue walkthrough along with the rehearsal day to familiarize ourselves with the venue, its floor plan, and the personnel in charge for the wedding.
- On your wedding day, all you need to do is put on your suit or dress and get your makeup done while we manage the vendors as they arrive, welcome guests, and ensure that your ceremony and reception start and end according to our timeline. We oversee and troubleshoot any issues and direct the flow of events during your day, from serving cocktails and dinners to signaling the DJ for the next activities. You will be able to enjoy every moment while we handle everything seamlessly.
